Brand new in the package.  Sportsman Guide sells this Suit for 116.00 to 130.00.  Won't get a better deal. Look on their website for sizing information.  I picked up from estate sale New and thus cannot return to the company.  As this is a bulky item, I have to ship in a large flat rate box.
