Jon Robyn, Art Director of the company, internationally acclaimed engraver and goldsmith was personally responsible for this design
Jon depicts the Bald Eagle mantling (shielding and protecting) the Harley-Davidson shield in typical bird of prey fashion. The flowing banners, piercing eyes and clutching talons deliver a message of strength, pride and endurance, all attributes of Harley-Davidson and Zippo Manufacturing
