    Vintage SEARS WORK LEISURE SNOW SUIT, tag shows short size 42, I measured inseam from bottom of leg up to center crotch, it was approx 27", approximately 40" from bottom of leg up to center of high waist elastic, approx 60" from bottom of leg up to top of zipper at neck, zippered legs, button and zipper waist to neck, when laid out flat measurement at belt area is approximately 18" across, may mean waist is near or approx 34-36", not sure, you decide, detachable hat, faux fur collar, pockets everywhere, shell lining 100% nylon, heavily quilted padding with 100% polyester, 100% acrylic face with 100% polypropylene back. Looks as though it was worn very little if at all, extremely good vintage condition.  I also have other items listed and I do combine shipping when possible to save you on postage costs...
