Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Payment is required within 2 hours of auctions end.
Failure to pay within that time frame will result in the auction being voided/cancelled.

Buying tickets is similar to buying stocks.  If you purchase stocks on a Monday and the price of the stock goes down on Friday, you can't expect a refund. The same holds true if the price of the stock increases. Prices tend to fluctuate daily. If you believe the price of the tickets is too high, do not purchase.
You should only purchase at a price that you are comfortable paying regardless of what the market does so you can avoid buyer remorse.
If prices increase after you purchase you will expect our company to deliver your tickets and we will.  If prices decrease after your purchase we expect all buyers to complete their transactions. For example: If you purchase a Chevy Spark on a Monday for ,000 and you pick up the car on a Thursday and the market has dropped, you can't expect the dealership to give you a BMW. Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date and no refunds will be issued. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, the buyer will need to contact Celebrity-Tickets for a refund. Celebrity-Tickets will not issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made due to buyer remorse or for lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed tickets or any other reason.
