This home can be built in either a one or two bedroom configuration.
You choose what works best for you.
Both floor plans are included.
This is a light and open 500 square feet tiny home.
It has an open floor plan design with a combined Great Room, Dining Room and Kitchen.
The sleeping quarters leave you the option of one or two bedrooms depending on what works best for you.
With the one bedroom plan the bath is at the side of the home.
With the two bedroom option the bath is centered for easy access from both bedrooms.
In the single bedroom set-up there is room for one large bed or three smaller beds.
This plan can be built with either a traditional or vaulted ceiling. With the vaulted ceiling the skylight over the front door lets in plenty of natural light
The home measure 20’ x 25’ overall.
The Great Room combo measures 23'-6"x9'-1 1/2"
The bedroom measures 13'-6"x10'-6" for the single large bedroom option. In the two bedroom option the bedrooms are smaller.
The bath has a shower, vanity and toilet with an attached closet. The bathroom window lets in natural light and fresh air.
The kitchen has room for a stove, dishwasher and sink.
And still leaves room for some cabinet and counter space.
If you want to trade off some of the cabinet space there is even room for a small washer dryer combo.
You can place a small table in the kitchen and make this an eat-in kitchen.
Or you can create a small bar between the kitchen and living areas.
Floor plan
The floor plan shows the layout and size of all rooms including the living room, kitchen, bath and closet. It also shows the placement of doors, windows, kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures and closet shelving.
Two options are provided fir the floor plan. One is a one bedroom and one is a two bedroom.

Exterior elevations from all sides
The left elevation shows the exteriors side of the house on the kitchen side. It is a rendering of what the exterior should look like including roof pitch and deck location.
Roof plan
The roof plan shows placement of a 2X10 ridge and 2X6 rafters for the house and deck.
Cross section transverse plan
The cross section plan shows details for placement of footings, foundation blocks, sub-floor, ceiling and roof.
Electrical plan
The electrical plan shows placement of electrical outlets.

Plans are in PDF format and are designed to be printed if desired. Plans can be printed on both regular or large format paper.
