made in Italy

There is no horn button included, it requires a boss kit in order to fit to a vehicle.

CONDITION:
Good overall condition.
The leather is still soft and supple with some wear and marks
commensurate with age and use.
The
stitching
is loose in many areas, however the leather is securely bonded to the rim
.
The seams are straight and true.
The spokes are excellent.
There is NO horn button.
