02 is used to separate the milk into cream and skim (nonfat milk). Just this separator produces simultaneous purification of milk solids. The separator is designed for small farms.
Division of whole milk into cream and skim milk (skim) is performed as follows: milk through tap the receiver gets into the float chamber and then flows into the feed tube base drum, and eventually - in plate holder.
Milk in a plate holder under the influence of centrifugal force disconnected into cream and skim milk.
Thanks to an ingenious design, milk separator ESB 02 can operate continuously up to 30 minutes. After this period of time it has to  be clean.
Milk separator ESB 02 is easy to use and reliable in operation, it will help you to quickly revise fresh, filtered milk and cream to get high quality home in a minimum time.
