We live in a rural area and when we have to ship larger items, we have to drive 45 miles to the nearest Fed Ex shipping center, so it takes a good bit of planning to make sure we can get items shipped in a timely manner.  We time the ending of all our listings very carefully to coincide with our work schedules so that we can get items to the shipping center in a timely manner.  It is very important that you pay in a timely manner.  Shipping on smaller items is no issue as we have several local Fed Ex drop locations for these items.

I ship using FedEx, UPS and USPS.  Tracking will be available on most all of my shipments and most of them will be insured.  If you receive a shipment from me that appears to be damaged during shipment, please take pictures immediately to document the damage so that I may file a claim for insurance.  In instances where your item has been damaged or lost during shipment, I will refund your money upon receipt of your request and pictures (if applicable).  I will file for insurance on my own time after I have refunded you.
