This is a large/heavy item and may be shipped through our driver-direct carrier network.
The manufacturer's box weighs almost 200 lbs which exceeds the weight limit for ground shipping.
Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery, though item will typically arrive within a week depending on delivery location. Alternatively, we may ship through UPS or Fedex in two boxes (the manufacturer’s box and one smaller box) in order to avoid freight shipping rates.  In this case, we will redistribute the weight between the boxes.
In some cases we will ship the free bonus pool item separately.

We inspect and test every item I sell unless it's sealed in the original packaging.
We include a full description of every item(s) in the listing.
Most listings include at least one photo showing one or more of the actual item(s) being sold.
We sell a wide variety of items.  The condition is always disclosed truthfully as New, New-Other or Used.  We do not sell items that we know are non-functional, unless the condition is listed as "For Parts/Not Working".  Items in New condition may have distressed packaging in some cases, and we will be sure to show this in the photos.

Returns/Exchanges/Issues
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving an item to initiate a return or exchange.
It is your responsibility to check compatibility prior to purchasing.
Items returned for a reason other than DOA will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received, which includes all parts and packaging.
If the item does not match the description or is Dead on Arrival (DOA), please contact us before opening a case with eBay or leaving feedback as those options complicate an otherwise easy fix.  We can usually send you parts or do an exchange/return for a full refund.
