Display screen, key and parameter setting

3.Key: Keys from the left to right are temperature key, humidity key, mode key, egg key, + key and – key.
Introduction to function

Temperature control function(TH1 is the internal temperature in the incubator.)
a.High temperature alarm: The alarm function will start and the buzzer will give a sound when TH1＞P1. The alarm function will automatically shut down when TH1＜P1.
b.Low temperature alarm: The alarm function will start and the buzzer will give a sound when TH1＜P4. The alarm function will automatically shut down when TH1＞P4.
c.Heating function: The heating lamp will be ON and the heating function will start when TH1＜P3. The heating lamp will extinguish and the heating function will shut down when TH1＞P2. User can set the heating according to the pulse width F5 fuzzy control.
2、Humidity control function（RH1 is the internal humidity in the incubator.)
a.High humidity alarm: The alarm function will start and the buzzer will give a sound when RH1＞H1. The alarm function will automatically shut down when RH1＜H1.
b.Low humidity alarm: The alarm function will start and the buzzer will give a sound when RH1＜H4. The alarm function will automatically shut down when RH1＞H4.
c.Humidification function: The humidification lamp will be ON and the humidification function will start when RH1≤H3. The humidification function will shut down when RH1≥H2.

Egg turning function
a.Manual egg turning: User can press +key to start manual egg turning function in normal working status. It automatically stops after running egg turning time F2. User can press the + key to stop it immediately.
b.Automatic egg turning: The system will automatically turn the egg according to the set egg turning cycle F1 and egg turning time F2( The automatic egg turning function is cancelled when the egg turning cycle F1 or egg turning time F2 is set 0.)
4、Calibration function
User can calibrate it by using accurate thermometer and humidometer due to any derivations of the temperature and humidity sensor for the long term use. User can press +/- key to adjust it when the parameter F3 displays. User can press +/- key to adjust it when the parameter F4 displays.
5. Exhaust function(TH1 is the temperature in the incubator)
It will start the exhaust function when TH1-P2＞0.3 and turns off exhaust function when TH1=P2.
For example, the stop temperature of chicken is 38.0℃. It will turn on the exhaust when the temperature is 38.3℃ and turns off exhaust when the temperature drops to 38℃.
