A: You can't turn off the automatic turner but you can position the tray so that the eggs don't get turned/rotated. And it will stop turning the egg 3 days before hatch day to avoid excess turning to eggs.

Q: Does it show the humidity reading? And how to keep the humidity?
A: It displays humidity levels so no need to buy an additional hygrometer to monitor incubator humidity levels. There is no humidity setting on this incubator and by external water, top-up adjust the humidity and add or remove water as needed.
FAQ for the temperature.
Q: How do I adjust the offset temperature?
A: The user booklet has information on how to access the temp. Hold the set button and then you can step +/- to calibrate.
Q: The incubator is not holding a consistent temp. How to do that?
A: The factory temperature setting is about 38 degrees ( Celsius ) (38 degrees is suggested for the chicken eggs, if any other kinds of eggs, you need to adjust by the suggested temp). We suggest you could use more than one thermometer/humidity sensor to work with if needed.
Warning:
The eggs should be freshly fertilized eggs. Please add water and keep it in 38℃ condition, after 18 days change the temperature to 37.5℃.​
40-50 percent humidity must be maintained for the first 18 days; 65 to 75 percent humidity is needed for the final days before hatching.
