is from the
George H.W. and Barbara Bush 2020 Presidential Coin & First Spouse Medal Set and is graded by
NGC as MS 68 Red.
These sets are sold out at the mint and the individual NGC graded coins should prove to be a solid addition to your collection and increase in value through the years especially if they are high grade like this one.  These seem to be very popular, so bid strong.
The obverse (heads) design of the bronze medal depicts a portrait of Barbara Bush. Inscriptions are “BARBARA BUSH,” “41st,” and “1989-1993.”
The reverse (tails) design depicts a person reading, with an open road symbolizing literacy, knowledge, and life’s journey. The sun represents the promise of a brighter future.
