    Lot consists of a hard to find copy of a Brochure For The PHOENIX HOUSE FOUNDATION, located in New York City in the 1970's. Front cover features Paul and Linda McCartney with caption: "We Just Went Down To Phoenix House.... It's a Beautiful Place."
    Phoenix House Brochure is approx. 9" High x 5-1/2" Wide Folded and approx. 16-1/2" Wide When Laid Out Flat. Folded brochure unfolds to 3 double sided pages with information about the drug rehab program and it's locations around NYC. It appears to be complete, has not been distributed and has only light signs of handling on edges and corners along with some light toning on edges. See Pics for Details.
